New items from Square arrive as drafts so nothing half-finished (no photo or description) shows up on the storefront. Stock counts update on their own — no review needed.

Pulls your Square products — names, SKUs, prices, photos and live stock counts — straight onto the website. Items already here with a matching SKU are linked rather than duplicated. Your manually-added and drop-ship products are never touched.

Quick check of current Square quantities — run this after a busy day at the booth. Only stock numbers change; nothing else is touched.
↔️ How the two-way sync works
Booth sale → Square's count drops. Hit Sync stock (or run an import) and the website matches it.
Online sale → the website automatically tells Square, so the item can't be sold again at the booth. This happens the moment payment clears, with no action from you.
If Square is ever unreachable during an online sale, the order still completes — it's flagged on the Orders page so you can double-check that one item.
🧹 Clear demo products
Removes the — sample items the site shipped with (the Jordans, Yeezys and so on). Do this once your real inventory is in. Your own products are not affected.

⚡ Quick intake tips
SKU is your tracking number — keep your existing ones, or hit Auto for the next in sequence (TL-SNK-0001: TL · category · number). Every SKU must be unique; the form blocks duplicates. Set Your cost to track profit margins on the dashboard. Mark items Draft to stage them before a drop.
📥 Bulk import (CSV)
Columns: sku, name, category, brand, price, cost, stock, size, condition, desc
If a sku already exists, that item is updated instead of duplicated — so you can re-import a stock count any time. Blank SKUs auto-generate.

📸 Where to collect from
Photograph items at Booth 135, pull from eBay/Whatnot exports, or import a supplier manifest as CSV. Live marketplace sync (auto-pull from eBay/Whatnot) plugs in here once API keys are added under Settings.

⬛ Square — card payments
The secret access token is never entered here — it lives only in the server's environment settings. These two public IDs from developer.squareup.com ↗ are used by the checkout card form (server environment values win if both are set).
Start in Sandbox to test with Square's fake card 4111 1111 1111 1111. Flip to Production when ready to take real money.
🅰️ Afterpay — pay in 4
Lets customers split an order into 4 interest-free payments. You get paid in full upfront and carry no risk if they stop paying. Afterpay's fee is higher than a card (about 6% + 30¢), so it earns its keep on bigger-ticket items. Requires approval in your Square Dashboard → Payment Methods.
If Square hasn't approved your account yet — or an order falls outside Afterpay's allowed amounts — the button hides itself automatically. Nothing breaks.
💵 Money rules
These drive the totals the server charges — the storefront only previews them.
📦 Drop-ship vendor
When a product marked as vendor drop-ship is bought, this address is emailed the SKU, quantity and the customer's shipping address automatically — the moment payment clears.
🏷️ eBay / Whatnot alerts
The same item can be listed here and on eBay or Whatnot at once. When it sells on the site, you get an email straight away telling you which listings to pull — and which just need the quantity lowered. Cheap insurance against selling the same shoe twice.
Your booth stock is already handled — Square is updated automatically on every sale. This alert only covers listings outside Square. Drop-ship items are skipped; the vendor is emailed instead.
